Elaine Hoffmann presented a google slide show on the topic “Gratitude for a Positive Attitude” which is based on a recent training she attended from Dr. Livingood. Members were encouraged to incorporate the daily practices of daily journaling and deep breathing into their schedules. Elaine also shared the strong connection, appreciation, and gratitude that she had for DKG sisters and how membership in the group has enriched her life. Members in attendance also shared their positive experiences and were then given the charge to think of someone in their life that might be grateful to attend a chapter meeting and then begin outreach to facilitate guest attendance at the December meeting.

Representative from The Whole Child will be in attendance for the online meeting and will provide updates on the current and upcoming work of the organization.
