Program:
⬥Maria Lopez shared a power point presentation focusing on health and wellness. Members were walked through the process of identifying inherited legacies (beliefs from childhood) and defining/determining energy flows (negative, positive) in order to write a personal intention statement in a selected area (ex. health/wellness, communication/relationships, etc). The personal intention statement stated what you believe yourself to be or choose and then what you will commit to do (Ex. I choose to be healthy and active. I will commit to walking 10,000 steps 5 days a week). Members were encouraged to email their intention statements to Kim and Maria as a way to creating an “accountability community” within our group with informal check ins on member progresses.
