Gamma Zeta Members Shirley Lamphear and Kimberly Goforth congratulate our newest members at an initiation ceremony at the Paramount Library on March 6, 2014. Jill Gutierrez, who teaches history, relationships, finances, and literacy enhancements at Buena Vista Continuation School in Lakewood and Dora Jacildo, Executive Director of Children Today, a non-profit organization that provides child development and family support to some of the most vulnerable families in Long Beach, are welcomed into the Gamma Zeta Chapter by their sisters, who are happy to extend membership to these two extremely dedicated women.

Our new members, initiated on May 8, 2013, are Kimberly Goforth, a middle school teacher who teaches in Paramount Unified School District and Shirley Lamphear, who is the Department Chair of World Languages at Paramount High School and teaches Spanish. They have visited several of our chapter meetings and have been active in our fundraising and community projects this year. We are happy to receive them as Gamma Zeta Sisters.
